Summary
George, still traumatized from what he went through in Dream's cell, comes home and begs Sapnap to help him rescue Dream from Sam. Sapnap, after some persuasion, agrees, and soon they get Technoblade and Ranboo along for the ride.
EXCERPT: Techno nodded. “Then I need you to trust me when I say I need your help to break Dream out of prison.” Ranboo gapes at him, aware his mouth is open and he looks like a fool. But. What? “I and others have witnessed that Sam is… abusing him, to the point that no one deserves, not even that piece of shit.”
Ranboo frowned harder than before. “Isn’t that the point of prison?”
Techno shook his head, looking at the floor. “Not this kind of abuse. There are ways to rehabilitate people, and what Sam is doing is–is just wrong, and not rehabilitating.”

Dream reckons with himself, and with Technoblade, and with their time together both in prison and before it. The situation is a lot more complicated and painful than Dream would like it to be, but he's willing to pay that price for the safety of everyone he's trying to protect.
Too bad Techno doesn't agree.
