Ever since Gwen Stacy died in his arms, Peter hasn't been in a relationship. He's had sex sure, but he doesn't let himself be touched and doesn't let himself get attached. That is until he meets MJ. He's the man of his dreams, tall, dark, handsome and most infuriating of all... won't have sex with him.
Basically Peter's a stone top ever since Gwen died until he meets MJ (played by Dev Patel) and he finally lets himself be touched in the heart and some other places.

Vi rolled her eyes slightly, shrugging and still refusing to meet her sister’s gaze. “Right. So you find me a date that doesn’t know what I look like, I go out with her looking… less hot, and then if she sticks around that proves she likes me for my great personality.”
With a slightly screwed up expression that meant she was about to argue back, Caitlyn sat back in her seat and crossed her arms again, giving a little shrug.
“Fine. I’ll give it a shot. You set me up with a woman who doesn’t know who I am, and I’ll give it a fair try. See if my horrid personality doesn’t scare her away.”
Believing they keep attracting shallow dates, Vi and Caitlyn separately agree to go ‘undercover’ for their next one, hiding parts of themselves. When they’re unknowingly set up with each other, they both struggle between wanting to being authentic and wanting to stubbornly prove a point, as they’re forced to rely on their personalities to make the relationship work.

On the road, VI can’t stop looking at Caitlyn. Her thoughts are a roaring mix of affection, guilt, curiosity, hunger. When was the last time she felt like this? Has she ever?
What is confounding Vi the most is that Caitlyn still hasn’t asked for anything, nothing concrete. Nothing, anyway, that could give Vi any guidance on how to proceed.
What does one do, when they desire someone without any other kind of strings attached? Without the need to hide away, be quick not to get caught, be rough to not be seen as weak? Is she simply allowed to take and be taken? What if it breaks her? What if it breaks both of them?***
Caitlyn is out of options- the only chance she has of avenging her mother is by partnering with Vi, the sister of her mother's killer, convicted in her place ten years prior. Together, they set out through the country on a desperate search, with the Chembarons on their tail.
Caitlyn is struggling with her grief and her guilt, Vi has to learn how to live. The road will either save them, or swallow them whole.

Vi bit back a laugh, and then selected a piece with her fork and lightly blew on it to cool it down before taking a bite. She chewed thoughtfully and beamed, addressing the camera.“You know what, this might be my favourite version yet. It’s not perfect,” she chuckled a bit, clearing her throat, “but like my mom always said, just because something’s not perfect doesn’t mean it’s bad. Anyone can make it perfect.”
She took another forkful and held it up to the camera with a dashing smile and a wink. “Only you, can make it the way you do.”
