Summary
It started as just a regular shift. Yes, Dennis felt a bit queasy by lunch, but that wasn't unusual. Sometimes he was starving and ravenous two hours after getting to the hospital, and sometimes he got to the end of his shift and realized he'd forgotten to eat anything and his hands were a little shaky. It was part of his job during this rotation to figure out how to keep himself in fighting shape despite the hectic pace of things and he was working on it. It was a work in progress.
With about ninety minutes left before he could go home, Dennis found himself vomiting in the middle of a hallway.

Robby and Jack are an established couple, Dennis is the resident they've been flirting with without anyone putting their cards on the table. Set between S1 and S2. Dennis is an alpha, Robby is a beta, Jack is an omega.

Dennis wasn't subtle with the way he pined after Robby. He could feel the boy's eyes on him throughout the entire shift, always watching, itching for a chance at spare praise. Dennis perks up like a needy mutt when Robby calls, at his side in a heel in a moment. It's a heady sense of control. He salivates for more of it. Dennis was only oh so eager to please when Robby offered up his bedside.
