Tommy thinks for a moment. “I need..a charm.”
Wilbur raises an eyebrow. “Okay, I’m sure that I can be of some assistance. What kind of charm are you looking for?”
Tommy eyes the jewelry on display for a second and then looks up at Wilbur with a determined glint in his eyes.
“A luck charm.”

Wilbur Soot makes a living selling "magic" charms—mostly useless, overpriced trinkets promising love, wealth, or fame to anyone gullible enough to buy them. When an earnest orphan named Tommy shows up at his shop one day, Wilbur's conscience wins out for once and he gives the kid a 'luck amulet' for free.
The next day, Tommy finds out that he's the long-lost prince of the Antarctic Empire and convinces Philza to offer Wilbur a job as the honorary royal sorcerer.
There's just one problem,
Wilbur's not actually magic.
Things go about as well as you'd expect (or not).
