Summary
The Mark of Cain turns Dean into a demon once more. Dean is adamant that this time he's found a way to keep the mark under control but it's clear to Castiel that Dean needs help if he's going to fight the mark's influence until they can find a way to get rid of it. More than anything Castiel wants to save him, but if anyone needs to be saved it's Castiel as he tries to navigate where Dean ends and the Mark of Cain begins.

When he'd first met Robb Stark’s best mate, it had been hard not to stare at the bruise.
Ugly and purple like a misshapen meat-colored lump. It could've made him look tough; the guy was a little lanky but in an athletic way. Only he’d gone and covered it up with women’s makeup. What a waste.
“Where’d you get it?” he asked, unable to keep his curiosity hidden.
“Get what?” Theon said. He exchanged a look with the Stark boy.
Ramsay raised an eyebrow.
“I was swimming, and I didn’t see the wall because I had my eyes closed,” Theon explained. “And then I hit my head.”
Ramsay nodded, as if that cleared everything up. “Ohh.”
He laughed, and Ramsay found himself drawn to that bruise again. So out of place on his neat navy blue jacket and white undershirt. Pressed khakis. Near impossible to miss—yet people did anyway.
The stud in his ear all but confirmed it: this kid had problems at home.
