Summary
He thrashed, eyes flying open against the gritty burn, arms and legs flailing against the viscous green goo he was suspended in. Green green green. Everything was green, it seeped into his pores, tainting his skin. He tried to claw himself upwards but he didn't know which way was up. Nausea flooded his stomach, bile building in his mouth and mixing with the green. He retched into the water, sucking in more green with each gag. He arched, legs kicking out against nothing as he clawed at his throat. Darkness crept into the corners of his eyes, creeping closer and closer and Peter heaved and gasped into the green.
Everything went dark.
“No, c’mon Spider-Man, that way is up.”

Peter Parker dies on Titan, staring up at a yellow sky that he wished was blue, and then he was choking back to life in a pool of green. He doesn’t know what’s happening, but his healing factor is being weird and he doesn’t look like he did before.
The man in the Red Hood says he can help, and maybe, just maybe, Peter will let him.

Summary
Just before the battle with Thanos, Dr Strange pulls together enough power to send one person to a different dimension. A chance for that person to be safe from the destruction that Thanos was about to wrought on Earth. The group about to fight agreed that Peter Parker, for sheer virtual of being the only person not an adult there, would get the dubious honor.
Which is how Peter finds himself waking up in Gotham City, a place even crueler and darker than New York City. Peter has to try to find a way to fit into this new universe at just sixteen years old.
"I am still just your butler, and I cannot simply tell you that you will be adopting a new son. But I truly am not getting younger. You have seven children now, even if you haven’t adopted all of them legally. There is much more work than when it was just you and I. There is perhaps too much work for just myself, and then providence dropped a starving young man into my pathway for me to mold into a new generation of caretaker,” Alfred tried to explain himself.

He needs that food, needs to be able to eat enough if he wants to be Robin.
He’s been hungry before, but back then, it never mattered if he was a little weak or dizzy. It never risked his life or the life of his partner when he was a kid.
She turns, sighing softly and pursing her lips. She reaches out to pat his cheek, and for a moment his heart soars hopefully, and he barely restrains himself from leaning into the rare bit of contact and soaking up his mother’s touch. “Oh, Timothy,” she tuts. “This is for the best. And honestly, I think it’s wise for you to cut down a bit on the snacks. I’d hate to have to listen to anyone tittering at the next gala that you’re getting chubby.”
And without another backwards glance, she turns and heads upstairs, leaving Tim alone and frozen at the bottom of the steps.

--Peter Parker was having a good life as a college freshman at MIT. Life was a little too perfect, so when a certain someone reenters his life he really shouldn't have been so surprised.
Peter-3 Parker didn't really understand why he reappeared into Peter-1's world. Half of him didn't want to know, but the other half knew him better than that.
Matt Murdock's life never been quiet or relaxing. There's always something big happening in Hell's Kitchen, despite all the action it's become predictable... So when a former client asks for a favor, Matt's curiosity gets the best of him.

Matt knows Peter is spider man immediately. Peter starts working for the firm. Spider and the devil patrol a few times to try and get on top of bullseye. Matt asks Peter why no one remembers him. Peter flees and tried to quit. Bullseye captures him and tortured him. Matt saves him and Peter said he liked Matt. Matt called him an angel and kissed his jaw. Peter passed out from exhaustion.
