Summary
Another encounter for fellow assassins Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo. This story can be read as a stand-alone or as a part of a series. If you wish to follow a time line the right order is: A View to A Kill, Wild Boys, A Question of Lust, Tomorrow Never Dies, Hunting High and Low, Animal Instinct and The World Is Not Enough.
Xiao Zhan's eyes focused on him, curious and intent. Boldened, he took out the rubber band and offered it to Xiao Zhan. He watched the other man's eyes hyperfocused on his gift as he took it. He must have imagined it, but he noticed an almost imperceptible shake in Xiao Zhan's hand just before grabbing the rubber band.
"Thank you," he said, softly.
Yibo felt the urge to leave before he started trying to explain to Xiao Zhan why he was doing this. He honestly didn't know.
"I must go," he finally said.
"I know. Take care," was Xiao Zhan's response, looking back and forth from the rubber band in his hand and Yibo's face.
"Until next time," Yibo said before closing the door behind him.
Xiao Zhan didn't leave the bed to see him out, still fascinated with the rubber band.Series

Wang Yibo is a competitive motorcycle racer with a hunger to win. He is new to the circuit, but he has already won a championship. He cares for no one, only practicing to win the next race.
However, everything changed when the flowers blossomed.
