Summary
Set after Chris-Crossed. Chris has seen, and gone through a lot, much of it at far younger an age than he should have. After seeing his brother cause the death of his fiancee, not only is Chris upset about that, but it would likely stir up old memories he'd much rather forget. Having not yet told his family who he is to them, he is often distant and aloof, but after his return to the 2000s, they can tell that something is going on.
Piper wakes him from a nightmare where he's stuck inside a traumatic memory, and he calls her 'mom' as he wakes up. Will anyone pick up on that? Paige later lets on that everyone in the family has had their own struggles from time to time, and Chris sees an opportunity to lean more about a family member.
Part two may well develop into a discovery of Chris's true identity...
