Summary

“Isn’t me?” He asks, smiling broadly. “You know, I think I’ve heard this speech before. Kid, do you really think you’re going to be the one who gets through to me? You don’t matter to me at all.”
“Yeah?” Claire asks. “Glad that’s mutual.” She flips her blade, posturing and hoping it’ll buy her time.
Dean tilts his head and then laughs. “You think you’re going to kill me? And what will your angel think of that, do you think? If you kill his best friend.”
Claire shrugs. “He’d get it. Better you than me, right?”
Dean laughs again.
Maybe Cas thinks Dean can be saved, but Claire’s not an optimist. She’ll put him down if she has to.
Cas will forgive her.
