"I'm afraid." Jack said suddenly, eyes wide and latching onto Robby's.
"Okay. That's ok. What are you afraid of?" Robby finished the wrappings, and ran his thumb over the back of Jack's hand, not wanting to let him go.
"That I'm never going to be normal again."
Jack struggles after therapy forces him to open up some old wounds and creates some new ones. Fortunately, Robby is there to help.
