At first, the question that came to mind was who that one person could be; however, the realisation that it was every single member of his company, his family, made far more sense. Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse, the story contained in the novel, is what led to his demise.
That didn’t dull the pain of Yoo Joonghyuk’s final blow. The protagonist was no longer a fictional character, his existence had become a very real and tangible thing in Kim Dokja’s mind. While he never loved Joonghyuk more than any of the others, it evolved into something that transcended words and death itself. Kim Dokja both loved and was in love for the first and only time in his life; the emotion would be everlasting and interwoven into the fabric of all the worldlines.

Summary
Harry's fifth semester at Hogwarts has ended with Snape's being discovered as a double agent, as well as yet another tragedy: the death of Harry's Godfather.
As the summer begins with Professor and student settling into their new residence in a small Scottish hamlet both magical and muggle, hidden from the foes trying to hunt them down, Harry and Snape struggle with their own internal dilemmas; Harry's nightmares of Cedric have now been replaced by dreams of the veiled archway, which keeps calling to him, feeding on his survivor's guilt and grief.
