Summary
Optimus didn’t even need to think before he was walking down the hill to the ship. Every step sent a rolling sense of nausea in his tanks, his servos were clenched so tightly around the handle of his axe that they were trembling. The sounds all around him grew louder and louder, creaking metal and discordant shrieks forming an ominous symphony to the audial like a funeral dirge.
But he didn’t let himself stop. Even though he was walking into a twisted trap of his mind’s own making, he kept going.
He deserved it after all.
