Summary
They said she didn’t have to be perfect anymore. She believed them. Mostly.
Isabela Madrigal isn't perfect. Or more accurately, she never was. After the fall of Casita, the Madrigal family rebuilt more than just a house. Her sisters, her family, her newfound freedom… it should be enough. Isabela should feel better. But freedom is uncomfortable, and finding herself means facing everything she buried to become what everyone wanted. And when the world keeps asking for the perfect girl she used to be, maybe being herself isn't worth it.

The fic where even after all is said and done, and Isa is finally starting to find herself, reminder after reminder of how wonderful she was as the town's perfect angel is almost enough to make her slip back into old habits. Almost. Hopefully. Lucky for her, her family isn’t having any of that.

Summary
There wasn't a single cloud in the sky that day. The streets were riddled with village kids who pranced around. Laughing and having the time of their lives. Some of the wares that the vendors around the shopping district seemed appealing and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that it would come as a shock to anyone that a creature could feel any sort of dread or less than pleasant feeling in the midst of all of it.
..Unless you were either Frieren or Fern at that exact moment. Because neither of them could ever dream of enjoying the pleasant morning with the memory of the elf trailing a small, nearly imperceptible trail of blood as they walked through the fields just a few hours before.
OR
Frieren makes a spur-of-the-moment decision that leaves her Horribly (read: minorly) injured. Her adoptive daughter is less than pleased.

Summary
