Summary
Did you know that a sinner’s contract could be loaned out? Neither did Angel. Six weeks after Val has taken over Voxtek, and Angel has tested exactly how many drugs are too many in Hell, Val loans out Angel’s contract to the mysterious owner of the Magic Kat Casino.
Angel is given a six month residency with nightly performances. Which all seems too good to be true; with a custom decorated suite, a paycheck, and being reunited with Fat Nuggets. Then he’s introduced to his pianist, none other than the former overlord and gambling demon, Husk.
Over the course of his residency, they work together seamlessly, selling out shows months in advance, and their chemistry soon becomes the talk of the Pentagram. But Angel refuses to get his hopes up; hopes about escaping his deal, and hopes about a certain cat demon with gold eyes and a singing voice made of honey.
The issue? Since their reunion things are different between them. As they begin to understand each other, build a camaraderie through jazz standards from the early and mid 20th century, Angel is getting dangerously close to falling in love for the second time in his existence.
Thankfully, Husk does not and will never reciprocate. Right?

Angel chuckled and walked over to Husk to kiss him gently, hands cupping his jaw. "Alright. Point made."
Husk's pupils dilated, and he whispered, "New perfume?"
"Yeah. Not sure about it, though--"
"Good. Very, very good. Keep it."
Angel snorted. "Alright. Glad you like it."
Husk leaned up to nuzzle his cheek against Angel's shoulder, scenting his fur and skin. "It's so good, Anthony. I dunno where you got this, but... buy all of it."

Summary
“Sit down,” Husk snapped when Angel already had his wig in hand and was stepping away. Angel stopped in his tracks, not expecting how demanding Husk’s tone was; he was no longer crying and his voice didn’t break for a second. But as soon as Angel gathered his composure, he started walking away again.
“I told you to sit back down.”
The command was followed by a click of the doors. Angel grabbed a handle and tried to open the door but it was locked.
“Ya can’t just lock me in here!” Angel retorted, spinning back around, “You listen here, Mista, I don’t know what the hell ya think ya playin’ at but I am a very important individual with a very important schedule–” He tried to rant as he started walking back towards Husk like a magnet, wagging his finger around.
“I can pay you for your time,” Husk offered, lifting his hand and spreading a deck of cards with his thumb before flipping the deck around and it materialised into cash.

Husk took Angel very seriously when he said "Forget you ever knew me", so when they meet again in the Magic Kat Casino, Husk finds a way to spend time with Angel (and much more).

Husk set down the bag he'd brought beside the mattress nest in the living room.
"Did you come here without me?" Angel asked, taking in the blankets from their apartment.
"Just for a lil' bit. Wanted to get it set up for the weekend."
"Alright..." Angel pulled Husk in close for a kiss, prompting Husk to kneel over him on the mattress. "You finally gonna tell me what we're gonna get up to all weekend, or am I just s'pposed t'go along with whatever happens to me?"
"I mean, I can tell you." Husk kissed Angel's cheek, then leaned down to whisper, "I pocketed those... pills you've been workin' on."
Angel gasped.
"And-- Shit, Sweets, you're gettin' excited over nothin'-- I was gonna ask if you're down for fuckin' while I'm in my actual demon form?"
"Holy fuck."
