Summary
Captain and Starlight are perfect for each other. Hongjoong and Seonghwa? Not so much.
For two years, Captain has been Seonghwa’s refuge, his online friend, the one that makes the world feel lighter. The words cracked in the air desperately. But the man in glasses didn’t flinch. There was no response, no softening, no flicker of hesitation in the set of his jaw.
"Please, San."
The name was a whisper of a memory—once spoken in laughter, in trust. Now, it was shaped by terror.
"You’ve known me for so long. Don’t give me to him.”
Bound hands strained, reaching for something in San that might still remember who they once were. But San remained motionless, his expression remained impenetrable, a wall of resolve where there should have been empathy.
“Please. I’m sorry. Please.”
The words fell apart, one after the other, like a man unraveling at the feet of someone who used to care.
