Mujin has his shirt halfway unbuttoned before he realises Taeju hasn’t moved from the doorway. He pauses and raises his brows at Taeju, a silent question.
“I’ll keep watch, sir.”
Mujin’s lips quirk, “Keep watch on me in my own bathhouse?”
Taeju gulps, quietly embarrassed. Not many know of this particular business of Mujin’s and the private wing is even lesser known, never mind the implications of watching his boss in a bathhouse. But still. “You never know what might happen.”
[Set before the events of the show, Taeju is still relatively new to the gang and Mujin does his best to take care of him.]

The years shaved off her sentence, for one; the cordial nod the guard gave her as she walked her down the long, decrepit corridor. The weight of the monitor strapped around her ankle. The agonized screech of the chainlink fence as it regurgitated her back into society. Strangest of all, though, were Pildo's eyes as his smile turned them into crescents.
