Summary
Once they got over the pants-shitting terror, humanity as a whole felt pretty vindicated that dragons existed. The habitat wasn’t so much ‘caves in fairytale kingdoms’ as it was ‘cozy timespace folds in aesthetically-appealing nebulas with a view’, but how were they supposed to know that until space travel really got going outside of their own proverbial backyard?

Summary
Mathematician Aziraphale Fell is grateful to have a job at all, even if it’s difficult to constantly have to deal with his brother and supervisor who doesn’t believe he deserves it. Since the colossal alien Kaijus began attacking from the depths of the ocean, the global destruction has been all-encompassing. Only massive-scale walls on the coasts and equally-massive machines to defend against the periodic attacks hold the line against further annihilation.
On the Atlantic coastline outside of the European Wall, Aziraphale’s calculations indicate that another Kaiju has just emerged. 7 days later with no signs of it, he is demoted and removed from his laboratory because of his mistake. Then he MEETS them.

Summary
Online, identity is more a factor of usernames and pfs than physical recognition. If, perchance, someone were to not have the same username on various platform accounts, then it is possible that a mild comedy of identity shenanigans might ensue. Seems a bit farfetched, so surely that could never happen.
In other news, meet Anthony Crowley, who has just bid and been bid on semianonymously during the FTH auction, and is getting strangely affectionate feelings for both of the people he has been messaging.

Summary
"Aziraphale's intentionally off-putting bookshop" is that way for a reason, because it is his home and he very rarely wants houseguests, and was only on Heaven's books as an embassy as an excuse. After the Apocanot, it becomes Crowley's home as well. When Aziraphale succumbs to his time of the millennium, it becomes a sanctuary while he is vulnerable and flightless. And also, it turns out, as the nexus of the little group of humans and one (1) demon who love him more than he ever thought was possible.

Crowley swallowed. The wine in his glass slowly evaporated as he watched, steaming with bright tannins and mingling with the weight of Aziraphale’s Presence in the air. He forced his voice to be casual. “I think I might want to overhaul my corporation to present female for a bit, ‘s’all.”

Summary
Aziraphale can cheerfully make 'neurospicy' jokes on most days, but when a Halloween outing triggers his sensory processing disorder badly enough to cause a shutdown, Crowley is the one to piece him back together and help him remember how to laugh.
Crowley swallowed with a click, and his fingers shifted from petting Aziraphale’s head to gentle scritches. Aziraphale flattened out further and his eyes closed. They must have been open before, but he hadn’t been able to focus on anything, glassy and unseeing and as frozen as the rest of him. Crowley’s nails were exactly the right length to feel deliciously tingly as they scratched, and if he could have, Aziraphale would have curled up his entire body to rest inside Crowley’s cupped palm.

[Podfic version] Crawley's supposed to do a sexual temptation for work but it's not going well. Stand by, Crawley is experiencing some technical difficulties with the whole Effort thing. He may require assistance from a hereditary enemy. Or a thwarting. That's the same thing, right?

How do we keep things together once we put them in place? A group of celestial planners have a meeting to hash out what intermolecular forces might be necessary, to keep universal placement efficient. Or, how Gravity was chosen via committee.

Summary
Crowley is a lone demon, slithering his way onto Earth and as far away from Hell as he can manage. Heaven would smite him, Hell hates him too, and humans have no idea what they're dealing with. He is on his own.
Well, not entirely alone.

Summary
Crowley wanders into a conversation after a meeting in Hell. A succubus is telling stories about her previous night’s work on Earth, and the rest of the various sex demons are swapping their own tales. Crowley shares his flask of whiskey around and talks about stuff he’s seen around soho (reconnaissance missions to spy on that angel, you know) and they all vaguely marvel about the weirdness of humans.

[Podfic version] Gabriel always means well. Aziraphale has to remind himself of this frequently. It would have been much more convenient if his big brother had held off on his well-meaning gestures for a time other than Christmas. He had been planning...well, it will be fine. Maybe. Assuming Gabriel doesn't give himself tetanus from a carpet tack.
It all works out in the end.

Those of great faith may walk on water. Angels barely disturb the surface, but demons sink. A giggly-drunk Crowley stands on Aziraphale’s feet to dance on the surface of their pond, behind a seaside cottage.

If you give an angel wine, sometimes they will tell you things you might not expect about how Heaven understands hospitality and human nature.
