Summary
After his first shift turns into a disaster, Robert tries to help Waterboy gain some much-needed confidence. It works great until it doesn’t, and Robert is left reeling, not entirely sure what it is he did wrong and why the guy he thought he got along with can’t even look him in the eye anymore. They do sort things out eventually, although they need a little outside help.
aka Waterboy isn’t sure he can work with a guy if he’s constantly dreaming about climbing inside his chest and licking his organs, and Robert worries about the ethics of employing someone he’s clearly developing a crush on.

“Alright, team. Rally up. Stop jerking each other off,” Robert said, staring up at the ceiling.
Visi snorted. “I think the only circle jerk going on right now is between you and Herm, dude.”
“Zip up, boys!” Prism exclaimed, nearly hysterical with it, and Robert sat there with a spinning head as the group devolved into yet another fit of laughter, this one even more undignified than the first.
Anxiety clawed at the walls of Robert’s throat. Discomfort bloomed in his stomach. This was… bad. Terrible, even. Had the jokes always been this direct? Did everyone but Robert already know about this?
Or, Robert learns that Waterboy has obvious favoritism towards him, and because he's so distracted by the concept, Robert doesn't even realize that he's being courted.

The other Curly, temporarily named Grant to differentiate between the two, is similar, yet somehow not, to the Curly that Jimmy knows. There’s just something about the way he talks, the way he takes up space in the room, and the way he doesn’t wait for approval to do or get what he wants. Dominating. Effortless.
More than that is the way he looks at Jimmy, blue eyes roving the co-pilot’s figure, pointed. It’s the way he doesn’t look away when Jimmy catches him staring, mouth curling into a mean, challenging smirk.
It makes something in Jimmy crawl with anticipation.

For a while, this is as close as they get to any sort of argument: Zoro growling at him like a rabid dog, deadlocked into a staring contest that Mihawk, for the first time, might actually lose.
Perona finally breaks the silence. "Urgh! I've had it with you--emotionally constipated sword freaks!" she fumes with a petulant stomp of her cherry boots. "Fine! If you two won’t talk about it, then I’ll do it for you!" She extends her hands. "Negative Hollow!"
Twin translucent specters erupt from her palms. Mihawk effortlessly swats away the pest -- but Zoro, only halfway to his mastery of haki and ambushed from his freshly-carved blind spot, is not quite so fortunate.
Zoro crumples to his hands and knees. “I don't deserve to have you as my father.”
Perona gasps. Zoro petrifies, and Mihawk thinks, distantly, that this is what it would feel like to take a sword to the chest.
“As your what?”
