Summary
Takes place in a post-Avengers world where the Avengers have lived together in the Tower for a few months.
When a spontaneous team night is interrupted by an Avengers-fight, Tony is left gravely injured. Steve and the team have to hurry to get him the help he needs and take care of him in the aftermath.
Honestly, that's just it lol. This fic is shameless Tony whump and shameless domestic Avengers/Avengers family vibes. I think we all still need some of that, even if it is 2025 already :)
Update: This fic got a life of its own. Will now also feature: Tony having trust issues, the team solving said issues through (playful, of course) bullying, the team being a family, Tony having other issues, the team helping him through said issues and sleepovers.

The thing about touch telepathy is this: technically, or at least as far as both Google and SHIELD databases are concerned, touch telepathy doesn’t exist anymore. Key word, anymore. It can’t, not when there hasn’t been a single record of a touch telepath existing in the last two-hundred-and-nineteen years.
Not that Tony has been paying attention, or anything.
Before there was a word for it, people called them “witches” or “psychics” or just plain, “monsters.” By the time the terminology was created to name them as they are, their existence had become taboo. Undesirable, criminal, dangerous.
Historians call them as they are: touch telepaths. People call them legends. Tony just curses his own existence and calls it a day.

His parents have already turned two of them a shiny silver, two picture perfect little thumbprints right under the center of his collarbone, almost in the shape of a heart. “That’s all I’m saying,” Gareth interrupts airily, hands up in mock surrender. “No further objections. You’re just a natural disaster, and I’d rather keep the apartment a conflict free zone, so.”---
Eddie and Gareth require two new roommates (must be okay with illegally housed cats, must be chill with late night band practices). Robin and Steve require a place to live, and have little to no other options.
Months down the line, Eddie still finds himself tongue tied and avoidant around his very hot-probably-straight-weirdly-intense new cohabitation buddy, which is all very well and good- until they end up snowed in together during a powercut, and are forced to get a little cozy together <3 -

Robin almost convinced herself in the last week that the mall really was an alternate dimension, one that had now been permanently destroyed both in reality and partially in her mind. She couldn’t really have made friends with Steve and his gaggle of weird children; that was ridiculous.
That was until he called to invite her to a movie night at Jonathan Byers’ house.
Robin almost said no. She knew exactly three things about Jonathan Byers. He took pictures, he was ready to attempt field surgery at a moment’s notice, and everyone in town thought he’d killed his brother for approximately a week.
She could only assume that Nancy would be there too. She knew even less about Nancy Wheeler. Robin didn’t have any exes, but if she did, she didn’t think she would make a habit of hanging out with them and their boyfriend.
Then again, they’d been through things together that she’d only gotten a small, horrible taste of.
So she said yes when Steve asked. Mostly because she was nosy, and she wanted to know what the hell was going on with this group of people.
