They must then navigate the new dynamic hurdles and temptations brought about by this strange world full of mushroom folk, gorillas in sports coats, and being the oddities in a good way for once.

It had all started in the war room. Peach, Mario, Daisy, and Toadsworth were all arguing over the best strategy to deal with Bowser and his reign of terror. How that ended with Luigi in Bowser's ballroom disguised as a Princess, he isn't exactly sure.
AKA: Luigi is tasked to spy on Bowser using the Super Crown to take the form of Princess Luigina of Brook Land. Falling in love with the Koopa King was not a part of the initial plan.

Summary
When Kafka became No. 8, everything changed. The transformation brought with it a slew of new sensations and emotions, but the one that stood out most to him was the flicker of his soulmark. The panicked thought that he may have lost his other half was overwhelming, and he'd felt a desperation he'd never known before.
His hand went to his wrist, fingers closing around the familiar symbol that had always been there, the white yang of his soulmark. But when he looked down... it was gone, lost beneath the kaiju's hide.
The panic that coursed through him in that moment was unlike anything he'd ever felt. He felt for the mark, praying – knowing somehow – that it would return.
But then, as he returned to his human form, the mark was there, intact and unchanged. He gripped his wrist, the stark white Yang a stark contrast against his skin, and held on tightly. In that moment, it held far more significance than it ever had before.
Kafka clutched at the mark, as if holding onto a lifeline. For him, this was the one thing that still tied him to his humanity.

The Mario brothers, not trusting their intentions, are present in the court and together a few steps from the cage where King Koopa was waiting.
Everyone in the room witnessed the fierce argument between Peach and Prince Ludwig I, but in the midst of all the tension, a high-pitched scream is heard and soon all eyes turn to the green plumber lying on the floor holding his right hand while Bowser exclaims with a terrifyingly triumphant smile —“I knew it! You're my destiny!’’— Mario, who had come to help his brother, looks at the tyrant with fury and before rushing to the cage, the main doors slam open.
—A pair of Toad guards are revealed scattered across the floor and the imposing figure of Donkey Kong, who with a smile points his finger at the red plumber to confess — “Baby! I'm here for you!”
An awkward silence fell in the room, no one knew where to start.

If he had killed him earlier, if he had been more prepared, Kurosaki Ichigo would have been able to save the world that was now destroyed.
But the Hogyoku was there to fulfill his wish. If Ichigo wanted to protect the world, then he would, but not this world.
Ichigo is sent to another dimension with differences and similarities. Starting with the fact that he is in the past and he already existed there as Shiba Ichigo. His new body didn't have that much power but luckily, he brought his powers with him. And he was an Omega.
Ichigo had to fight all this and prepare for war against Yhwach, who seems to be getting ahead of his plans.
