Summary
Zava’s arrival causes Jamie to spiral into becoming suicidal, however, he wants to write a good farewell letter, before he goes. Writing suicide notes becomes a way to cope as he debates going over the ledge.
Roy discovers the letters after he agrees to train Jamie, accidentally stumbling across just how badly Jamie is doing. He refuses to stand by and let Jamie wilt away and die in front of his eyes, taking it upon himself to personally hold suicide watch for Jamie.
Meanwhile, Sam observes the weird sudden joint at the hip behavior between Jamie and Roy, trying to figure out what is going on and what caused it, before being let into the fold when Jamie needs a roommate during an away game.

Jamie's fine. He is. Sure, he's sleeping more, doing less outside of training. But he's fine. He's still playing on the pitch just as well, keeping his prick tendencies under wraps. Roy's weird looks and Sam's hovering doesn't mean anything. That weird, out of body feeling he gets sometimes is nothing. The creeping numbness isn't important. Jamie is fine.
