Summary
Kanji Tatsumi and Naoto Shirogane have faced their other selves and accepted them as reality. However, acceptance is not comfort, and the circumstances surrounding their outings are too much for any person to process alone. Perhaps that's how Kanji manages to work up the courage to offer Naoto advice, man-to-man--and perhaps that's why Naoto feels inclined to hear him out.
Or alternatively, Naoto's arc would look very different if he knew top surgery existed.

She supposed it had been flattering, the way that one of the hosts she’d spoken to had tried to offer her a job, telling her that “a handsome guy like you would draw in customers no problem!” It had warmed her to hear that her disguise was working, and she’d had to fight a small smile from spreading and ruining her professionalism for about an hour.
There had been a sweet drunk woman, too, throwing an arm around Naoto’s shoulders and trying to coax her into joining her and her friends’ bar crawl. She’d tensed up at the sudden contact, but it had certainly been a novel experience having a woman give him her number assuming he- she- was a man. Even though Naoto was pretty definitively not single, it was still quite fun to know that she made an attractive man.

April 12th, 2011: The first day at Yasogami High for first-year student Kanji Tatsumi, and the first day of what will be a very long and strange year.
The events of Persona 4 Golden, as seen through the eyes of Inaba born-and-bred nuisance Kanji Tatsumi, and of the youngest of the Shirogane detective line, sent to Inaba to investigate a case that isn't at all as it first seems.
A long fanfiction started in 2012. Never posted, then revisited in 2023. At the encouragement of a friend, I've finally decided to make it readable.

Diluc suddenly becomes unable to see Kaeya. Thinking it’s just Diluc’s usual hatred for him, Kaeya doesn't suspect anything wrong.
