“How did a ghost get into the apartment?” Glimmer says.
“I don't know,” Adora says, turning toward the hall. “But I'm going to ask it.”
Even if the spirit doesn't feel malevolent, she approaches her bedroom slowly and signals for Bow and Glimmer to stay behind her. There is plenty of damage an upset ghost can do even when they have no intention to cause harm.
She takes a deep breath and turns the handle, pushing the door open with a decisive creak.
Adora has seen some truly horrifying things as a medium. But no sight has ever turned her blood cold like this. Standing in the center of her room, looking thoroughly unimpressed, is a figure she instantly recognizes.
“Hey, Adora.”

Summary
Adora is sick of Glimmer insisting that she has romantic feelings for Catra. Glimmer clearly just thinks that because she's in love with her best friend and refuses to tell him. So, Adora comes up with the perfect plan to solve both problems: they make a deal that Glimmer will confess how she feels to Bow if Adora asks Catra out. Sure, it will be a little embarrassing when Catra rejects her, but one day they'll all look back at this and laugh.

Adora likes to read soulmate books. The more tortured and star-crossed and dramatic, the better. Sometimes Catra wonders if Adora feels like she missed out. They don't have an epic romantic story—they just grew up together. How is Catra supposed to compete with some fairytale heroine fighting through a magical war or alien invasion to save the person she loves?
She covers her insecurity by teasing Adora mercilessly about her reading choices.
“Good book, princess?” she asks, smirking.
Adora rolls her eyes. “There aren't even any princesses in this one.”
“If there are no pretty blonde royals traipsing around, how are you supposed to self-insert?” Catra teases.
Adora looks up at her with an expression that is entirely too smug. “Did you just call me pretty?”
Catra pauses, meeting her eyes. “Yep.” The confidence slips a little from Adora's face as she starts to blush. “You're pretty...stupid. And so is that fairytale crap.”
Soulmate/soulmark AU where Catradora grow up knowing they're soulmates, but Catra still manages to think that Adora doesn't want her.

“What are you doing all the way down there?”
Catra blinks sleepily at the bunk above her (the bunk that is supposed to be her bunk), and the squints sleepily at the source of the voice.
It’s Adora, her eyes not even open, wiggling her hand pathetically in Catra’s direction.
Catra’s body obeys the unspoken request before she can think better of it, and finds herself suddenly wrapped in Adora’s arms, Adora’s face inches from hers.
Adora smiles, and presses their lips together while Catra’s brain short-circuits.
Catra's brain spins and spins for some sort of rhyme or reason (what if Shadow Weaver sees them like this, what if Lonnie sees them like this what if—), until she realizes that—
Oh.
