Summary
Not wanting to hurt the still fragile relationship between Stede and Edward post-Kraken, pregnant Izzy decides that the best thing he can do for everyone is disappear. All he wants is for Edward to be happy and to keep the little spark of life he can feel growing inside him safe and the Revenge isn't the place for that any more. He's resourceful, has always had a plan to vanish, even if he's had to add a few uncomfortable steps to the journey. It's not like anyone's going to come looking for him anyway, is it?

It took Stede Bonnet moving in next door to get Ed and Izzy to finally communicate but six months down the line things are better than they've been since the pair retired. Still, that hasn't stopped Izzy fucking with Stede or, more accurately, his collection of garden gnomes. A soft moment between two menaces in love based on this prompt that grabbed me and screamed Ed/Izzy in my face:
Person A: “Did you steal one of the neighbour’s garden gnomes again? They’ve been standing out there glaring at them suspiciously for the past half hour.”
Person B: “Nah, I got bored of that months ago. I’ve actually been adding new ones to their collection every few days for a couple of weeks now. I was wondering how long it would take them to figure it out.”
Person A: “....You’re a menace to society.”
Person B: “Thank you, I try.”

Summary
Now that Edward no longer wants him, Izzy exists for one thing – to get revenge on Hornigold for a millennia of agony and a lifetime of servitude prior. He thought Edward wanted the Vampire Lord’s death too, though the Kraken was never clear about why, but now he’s met Bonnet he’s talking about retirement and the promise that bound them seems about as important as Izzy himself has become.
Diverging from the duel in S1 Ep6 with an eternity of bloody history between Izzy, Ed and Hornigold; ranging from the decks of the Revenge to the streets of the Republic of Pirates to the site of Izzy’s worst nightmares. Will Izzy get his revenge or will Hornigold be victorious? Will Izzy lose Edward to boredom and Bonnet (who won’t take the hint and fuck off back where he belongs) or will they be able to reconnect like he wishes? Will Izzy admit his reluctant respect for Bonnet? Will Bonnet survive not only sailing with the most feared pirates in the known world but being caught up in a feud between soul eaters, vampires and old gods?

Summary
It's a story that has found its way into the mortal realms in many forms, told by many different people in many different ways. In one world it's a story book held by a lost and lonely girl on the cusp of stepping out of her childhood. In another its etched on to a stone wall in a temple of a forgotten people, or sung as a warning hymn, or a cautionary tale told around campfires while the snow howls outside. In this world it's a story handed down from one generation to the next amongst those who have connections, no matter how tenuous, to the realm in question. In this world it's currently being told at story time on a pirate ship by a man who talks to birds.
Izzy finds himself wished away to the Goblin Kingdom, guest of Jareth, and has a choice to make when his captains eventually brave the labyrinth for him.

The man sighs heavily. "I guess you're right." He turns back to Aiden, bright smile back in place. "My apologies, dear witcher, it seems I've forgotten my manners." He offers Aiden his hand to shake with a flourish. "I am the bard Jaskier, graduate of Oxenfurt and Master of the Seven Liberal Arts.
What.
Aiden forces himself to take his hand in a firm shake despite the shock that's numbing his limbs. "Aiden," he says, flashing his teeth in a smile. "You're the Toss a Coin bard, right?" Aiden says, like Lambert didn't spend his whole winter bullying Geralt into agreeing to a late spring meet-up and then ditched Aiden for it specifically for the chance that the bard standing in front of Aiden right now would be there.
Sweet Melitele, Lambert is going to hate him when they meet back up next week. This is amazing.
Or: Aiden meets Jaskier when he least expect it. He promptly decides that if anything ever happened to him, he would kill everyone in this town and then himself. Which would be a shame, considering that this strange town has been so unexpectedly kind to him.

Twenty years ago, the Warlord of the North came down out of the mountains and slew the king of Kaedwen, taking crown and kingdom for his own. Everyone expected him to be overthrown almost immediately, but he has only grown ever more secure in his position. Finally, the other countries around Kaedwen have begun to negotiate with him as they would any other king.
To seal the new treaty between Redania and the Warlord, Lady Milena de Roggeven, third daughter of the Duke of Roggeven, has been sent to marry whichever of the Warlord’s men he chooses.
Milena is starkly terrified of everything about her new husband; every rumor she has ever heard about the barbarians of the north seems worse than the last, and Lambert clearly despises the very thought of marriage.
