“Seonghwa-yah, you’re right on time. Help yourself to some tea.” the teapot is pushed towards him.
Seonghwa bows his head in thanks and takes a seat, pouring himself some milk tea into the ceramic cup that materialises next to his plate of strawberry shortcake.
“Will Seokjin hyung be late again, hyung?” Hyunjin asks from where he is seated next to him. The fae’s hair is styled into a loose braid, long, blond strands of hair framing his face. The plate in front of him is empty, save for crumbs of what looks like chocolate cake. Who he points the question at, is a mystery.
“Yes.” intone the other six seated at the table in response to his question.

He’s talking to thin air and it shouldn’t be this hard to answer the question but his throat closes up. The truth is, he doesn’t really know what he’s doing anymore. He’s the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man and he’s been to space and fought a Titan, almost got himself killed but ended up surviving by some miracle (a.k.a Iron Man, a.k.a Mr. Stark) he’s back on earth after the war and he’s back to being a somewhat normal teenager. He’s still confused about what age he should consider himself to be; is he 16 or 21? Do those five years of being gone count? He’d basically been dead for five years and he doesn’t know how to feel about that. He tells himself that he’s been through worse. “But isn’t this the worst though? Me being gone,” Tony interrupts.

Summary
Stiles leaves his window rolled down, and through it, he can faintly hear the chirping of the cicadas in the fields beyond the parking lot. The streetlamps block out whatever stars they might have been able to see, but all in all, it’s nice. The little numbers on the dash say that it’s just past three-thirty in the morning.
In the dark, he can just see the lines of his profile. Stiles thinks, oddly, that watching Derek Hale as he eats a cheap burger in an empty parking lot might be one of the most intimate experiences of his entire life.

Local teen Peter Parker never wears warm enough clothes, and can’t always sleep at home for reasons he refuses to go into. So if the Avengers really expect Sam to join their hippie-commune-cult, someone is going to have to look after this kid for him.
