In 2016, a girl named Madison Hill went missing from the small town of █̶̠̰̊͛͘͠█̴͓̋█̴̬̲̽͠█̷̧̨͈̖̝̿̿̊̑͘█̴̛̫̹̀̌̇͝█̴̛̟̉̌█̸̱̪̔█̴̟̩͇̓͊█̴̗͉̞̈́́█̴̡͔̇̇͌̂█̷͖͔͂̐̽̄͝ͅ█̸͎͎̻̭̌̀̃̂̏, Oregon, causing a nationwide manhunt for this missing girl. Ultimately, Madison was never found, and her whereabouts remained unknown.
Until 2023, when seven years after her disappearance, a blog appeared on an obscure website known as ‘SNet’. The creator of this blog claimed to be the missing Madison Hill, and that she was perfectly fine—just lost in some sort of never ending, labyrinthian building.
But this blog remained hidden from the public eye for several months, known only to a select few who had chanced upon it during it's initial appearance.
And those select few were the only ones who were truly able to get a look into the hell Madison was going through in real time.A story about a young woman trapped in the Backrooms presented in the form of a blog. Through the comments, you can offer her advice, comfort, or just your companionship.

there isn’t that much of a plot, i’ll admit, other than the protagonist falling into the backrooms, and the messes she gets into while trying to escape. but if you asked me why i keep reading it, it is partially because i am wondering what will happen next, but also because the character is real, her struggles are real. it does not matter if it is fiction. you might find yourself very much caring for her. she can also reply to comments—that is the unique part of this story. i am trying to form a relationship with her, even though she’s fighting for her life behind that screen. let’s see how it goes.

Growing up, Sweetscent dealt with the loss of her parents, Luna and Swordtail. Now, under the name Impitoyable, she lives in Possibility-Sanctuary as a politician. But these are dark times. There is famine, Economic crisis, guns, crime. But Sweetscent believes she can fix everything.
Finsko has been living with his father Winter and his mother Haze. A friend of Sweetscent, he listens to her and gives a second opinion. He also wants to fix everything wrong.
Phoenix and her brother Fireheart live in the delta. They notice Clay feeling terrible, Peril getting paranoid. They believe that making them happy, even just for a bit, is worth the risk. They want to make things in life easier for them.
SandShadow is depressed. Life in the Sand Kingdom and Nightwing Union is hard, as they don’t even border each other anymore. He visits Cobra in the Scorpion Empire sometimes, she’s somewhat terrible but it’s the only thing he has. He needs the world to be a better place, otherwise he doesn’t know how long he’ll last.
They go together, visiting places, doing things, but when Sweetscent walks up to the podium and makes a speech, the rest now know that things are gonna get serious.
