Summary
Running along the rooftops the sounds of boots to brick and wind blowing past your ears was all that could be heard. It felt somewhat liberating in its own way. That’s what Shouta believed at least.
It was a nightly patrol like any other, another patrol that was uncategorized, falling into the routine the hero had been doing for months on end, years even.
Everything felt its same sense of calm, till it didn’t.
He heard something.
