He alone carries this secret, until a certain alchemist arrives with the endeavor to prove the truth beyond all reasonable doubt. Their collective curiosity and mutual suspicion leads them on an endeavor to discover the secrets buried in their world - perhaps the truth of Teyvat itself.

"Oh, my dear Albedo…” Master softly murmurs. “That is not what I meant. You didn't fail because my ultimate assignment is not one you can fail.”
Her hands, the very same hands that once shaped him from a formless clump of coagulated chalk, cradle his face.
"Live, my little chalk prince," Master pleads. "That's all I ever wanted from you.”
Albedo finally looks up at an impossibly sad face.
"Live."
The corruption finally comes for Albedo. But instead of bringing about the homunculus' end, Albedo's friends and family join him on a desperate mission that involves the slumbering dragon Durin, Fatui Harbingers, and a revelation his heart may not be ready to accept.
