Steve Harrington never expected that a job that entailed taking pictures of Eddie Storm on his very last stop would lead to him, unironically, having to have face the music he’s been avoiding since he was 16 years old— he knew that juggling between his civilian identity and his superhero identity was bound to have its consequences.
Eddie Storm never expected that Spider-Man’s one and only photographer would come to his concert and take pictures of him— he’s honestly mad at himself for never paying attention to the man before this. Mad that he never tried to ask Spidey about his gorgeous photographer. Well, now he had all the time in the world to pay attention to Steve Harrington.

“Hello… my name is Steve Harrington, and I’m looking to return?”
“Sure. Your reasoning?” A bored sounding voice replied, human yet robotic.
“I have a bunch of things I regret. I’m… just not sure if I still want all of this anymore.”
“We only offer exchanges of equal or lesser value.”
He stared at his hand, the one that wasn’t holding the phone— his hand that used to be soft, now full of callouses. “Exchanges?”
“Only for things of equal or lesser value, kid.”
“Oh. I didn’t—”
The voice cut Steve off, sounding somewhat irritated.“Would you like to proceed?”
Steve bit the inside of his cheek. It took him a while before he said anything. “Yeah,” he replied with hesitance. “Okay.”
In October of ‘87, Steve finally decided to call a number he’d been putting off for the past 4 years.

Summary
A long time ago, Joshua Hong was a volleyball player.
Now, he's simply a preschool teacher that handled kids that were way too smart for their own good. But after years of having to deal with a bunch of energetic high schoolers who he deemed as his own, he had his work cut out for him– it's nothing that he's not used to.
Enter one of his students, Yoon Junseo, a cute and witty five-year-old that always went home a little too late. His concern only grew when it seemed like every other week, it'd be a new person picking the boy up. People that Joshua knew way back from his teenage years and would occasionally see even until now.

Jeonghan’s had a long week, okay? Between the rogues that wanted to see him buried six feet under, and his god awful job that paid him like shit— he wanted nothing more than to sleep the weekend off. Even if it meant that he had to do it all over again the next week, as long as he had two days to himself then he was ready to face whatever the world decided to throw at him.
But alas, the universe had never been kind to him. He should’ve known that by now.
Or, Jeonghan gets chucked 5 years into the future in a universe that was pointedly not his own. You can only imagine how well that goes for him.

Joshua was the type of person to go with the flow– he applied this mindset even to his dreams (more like his lack thereof). It's silly, he knew, but there's nothing waiting for him. Whatever goes, it goes and whatever doesn't, it's inconsequential.
But somehow, someway, his own two feet land him in a country across the planet– and for once, his heart and mind ached with want.

Summary
Robin is a hero. Tim becomes Robin. The hardest part, he thinks, is that he barely feels like a hero at all, and he’s not sure what he’s doing wrong. Day after day something in his chest will crack and itch, but he will not scratch it. He’ll be afraid of what’ll come spilling out if he does. He’ll wonder if it’s a speck of rot. One day they’ll be going over the rooftops, he and Dick, and Dick will crack a joke Tim doesn’t understand, and it’ll hit him that it’s likely something Jason would have understood immediately. Tim will glance over his shoulder and say, half-jokingly, It sort of feels like I’m chasing a ghost, and Dick will look at him like he’s already dead, like he has just realized Jason is dead all over again, and Tim won’t speak again for the rest of the night.
He wonders what it would be like to be missed like Jason is. He doesn’t think he’s ever been missed before.

It’s the first time in a while that he doesn’t know what comes next. He’s dove into the water hundreds of times. Screamed as his flesh was torn apart, heard Master of Puppets in the distance and held back tears. Felt Max’s cold, small hand in his as she laid in the hospital bed. There are things that always happen, no matter how hard he tries: El doesn’t arrive in time. Eddie dies. Max is put in a coma.
Steve fails. They lose.
“Steve, how many loops have you been through?”
His head is nodding, and his eyes are watery, and Eddie has approached him like a spooked animal.
“I lost count.”
AKA: The one where Steve Harrington is stuck in a time loop, and Eddie Munson is really fucking hard to save, or: fuck Volume 2, these bitches are in love.

Summary
1987 went to shit. Vecna brought on what may well be the apocalypse, and Steve fought it to the end. Literally.
Death was supposed to be a one-way street. But knowing a girl with super powers had a tendency to change the game. So when Steve opens his eyes to a beer-soaked bathroom on Halloween in 1984, Nancy calling him 'bullshit' all over again, the universe might forgive Steve for thinking he was either a) in Hell or b) going cracked. But Steve didn't have time to freakout. Not when El finds him and asks that he help her change the events of the future. Not when he's the only other person she managed to drag with her for chance number two.
OR: A time travel fix-it, where 1987 Steve is dropped back into his 1984 self. And now he has to deal with that plus the impending apocalypse on the horizon. But he'll be fine, right? Because, as El informs whoever asks, Steve's 'The Babysitter'. So he gets to work. He can cry later, when he's done.
