Jaskier lived a long life, a life full of purpose and adventure. It was a good life, but even good lives end. Geralt took care of Jaskier until the bard breathed his last.
The grief this death caused was unlike any Geralt had felt before. It was so all-consuming that the witcher wasn't sure how to carry on.Jaskier woke up miraculously alive and without any signs of old age. Also, he was in a burning building for some reason! And, why did he suddenly have WINGS?!?
