Mr Cleven and Coach Egan did not like one another. That was one simple fact known by the entire student body of Thorpe Abbots High. They were complete opposites to one another, Cleven was quiet and reserved, Egan could not shut up, being the centre of attention and action at all times. Egan’s life was about sports, baseball in particular, Cleven couldn’t stand them. Every time Egan talked you could practically see the detest on Celven’s face. And it seemed like Egan loved to get under the other man's skin, revelling in the idea that someone saw him as obnoxious and brash and not impossibly charming, for some reason wanted to solidify that opinion and not change it.
From the moment they started working together, everyone knew it and no one questioned it. Mr Cleven and Coach Egan did not like one another.

“What do you want.” It’s not a question but a threat to better not bullshit him.
A thin smile pulls at the man’s lips. “Can you remove this?” Softly, he taps against his cheek and tilts his head, only a little. Strands of auburn hair fall to the side and fully reveal the ink black four that’s been tattooed by ruthless fingers onto his skin.
Andrew adverts his gaze and busies himself with digging a cigarette out of his pockets. Another emotion tries to bubble up inside his stomach that he kills without much effort.
“When?”
“As soon as you can.”
