Summary
Like a bird in a cage, Izuku had never flown. He was trapped in a cage of his own ribs, cast into shadow and unable to escape his pernicious hunger. But his cage had widened, allowing his wings to spread and giving him freedoms he’d never had, almost allowing him to forget he was in a cage at all.
But the cold bars, his vicious bones, cast shadows evermore, and he would always live in those shadows for his ribs are a part of him, and so is his hunger.
Or, Izuku has a quirk that makes him require blood as food. Essentially 5 times Izuku suffers from his quirk, and 1 time he gets help

Summary
Purple and blue are cool colours, opposite to the raging reds and oranges across the spectrum. Yet the purples and blues which spread over his calloused knuckles beg to differ, breeding crimson in their own.
Izuku is weak. And if Izuku is weak, Izuku is nothing.
Water filling his lungs, Izuku has always been nothing, and he knows this.
Or, Izuku is sick with a respiratory illness. It affects his training, making him feel weak and helpless and, most of all, angry. He punches walls to alleviate his frustrations, and Aizawa doesn't fail to notice.

Summary
They claimed to be ‘heroes’. To save everybody no matter what, to put their lives on the line to save the lives of others. Yet, if they were these so-called heroes, why did Himiko have to die? Were they really heroes? Amidst the raging, bloody war of ‘good’ versus ‘bad’, lives were overlooked and countless people succumbed to the evils of humankind. Perhaps there is no difference between ‘good’ and ‘bad’. If there was, why did so many people die? Why did children have to die - children like Himiko? Where, exactly, did they draw the line between good and evil? If heroes murdered, too, why were villains so bad?
Or: Ochako hasn't forgotten about Himiko since the end of the final war. It was so long ago, and she's married to Izuku, now. And yet.
Or, or: If 'Good Luck, Babe!' by Chappell Roan were a Togachako fanfiction.

Adrenaline would be a a stupor Peter would gladly forfeit to, something as buzzing and blissful as a charged sense of urgency, something that devotes itself to a purpose, something that sharpens instinct and ambition into action. Something that wouldn’t assimilate itself into his familiar tolerance of constant aching.

After the massacre at Hawkins lab, Eleven was able to defeat Peter. But before she could exile him to the Upside Down, Doctor Brenner chimed in and clasped a shock collar around his throat.
Eleven prayed she did the right thing — rendering Peter defenseless, vulnerable, and basically handing him back to Doctor Brenner on a silver platter — though she wasn't so sure anymore.

Eleven helped take Vecna down and returned him to Hawkins Laboratory — under Doctor Brenner's supervision — where they would make sure he stayed imprisoned there for the rest of his life this time. It was the right thing to do. It is the right thing to do.
Why then the ever persistent guilt in Eleven's chest, eating her alive and telling her; out of all the wrongs she'd done, rendering Henry defenseless and handing him on a silver platter back to that place was the worst of all?
Eleven needed to make up her mind; if she would do anything to make sure Henry was never free again, or if she would stop at nothing to save him from the real evil that was never her brother.
