The one thing Rodimus wants more than anything else is to make his crew happy aboard the Lost Light. Actually, that's the second thing he wants. The first is his co-captain. Professionally, of course.
Megatron isn't much better. His spark tells him to make Rodimus the happiest mech who's ever lived and his frame says to just be satisfied with what he's got. His processor says to bash his helm in until he doesn't think about it anymore.Both mechs are awful at addressing what's between them and make it everyone's problem until an asteroid forces them to do something about it

“I’m afraid I don’t understand. Could you shine some light on your meaning?” The silver mech’s smirk grew to a grin. “Why, of course! I simply meant that these ‘peace negotiations’ are the only opportunity I’m ever given of having a proper conversation with you and I so dearly look forward to them. Do you not feel the same, my Prime?” His voice was a rumble of thunder, a sign of incoming lightning, though Optimus couldn’t yet tell what shape the lightning would take.
