*Sequel to Achilles Come Down *
Max Verstappen has made a name for himself in the F1 world after his first three years on the grid. For some it is in a shining light, for others it is in an aggressive and dangerous way. After his past has slowly come to light, those on the grid are now starting to see the cracks in this boy, and they will do whatever they can to prove that they care and are willing to help. But promises are hard to keep, and with Max's biggest threat looming in the background, it's going to take dedicated work from the others to show that tough love isn't the only way.

Summary
Ed was stuck at this table with this toad and he was empathetically not pleased. The pink thing was simpering at him, making pointed comments about his intelligence and breeding. Ed would have strangled the bitch if he hadn’t already given his bodily control over to Truth as soon as he’d sat down.
(Truth had a thing about getting to pick what food they wanted at lunch, something about getting the full experience, and Ed was, for once, glad he’d obliged because Truth’s neutral continence was the only thing keeping his limbs steady.)
“Of course,” she said sweetly, “If I was the teenage professor of a useless branch of washed-out magic, I suppose my qualifications wouldn’t have to be very high either, would they?”
And their fork snapped in half.
“What,” Truth breathed with Ed’s mouth, no accent at all, “did you just call my subject?”

Summary
In the Formula One world, every driver belongs to a tightly bonded pack, where alphas lead, betas stabilize, and omegas are nurtured, loved and protected. No omega is ever told to leave the pack room — to be cast out is to be cast out of the pack itself.
Max Verstappen learned that the hard way. At seventeen, wide-eyed and unpresented, he joined the grid eager to find his place. But instead of welcome, he was judged, dismissed, and pushed aside. The breaking point came after a heated clash with Charles Leclerc.
Tempers flared, words were thrown, and in a moment of anger, pack alpha Lewis Hamilton told Max to leave. The command couldn’t be taken back, and Max obeyed silently — never returning, never stepping near the pack room again.
And no one knew the truth. Max wasn’t an alpha. Not a beta. He was a omega, suppressing his scent, instincts, and biology just to survive.
