Summary
The first time it happens, Bruce doesn’t do a great job at hiding his surprise. It was only a couple weeks after Tim’s adoption was officially finalized - hyphenated name and all. Bruce still smiles to himself at the memory of reading ‘Timothy Jackson Drake-Wayne’ on those papers, trying not to choke up at his third son being the first to take the Wayne name. Of course that was never an expectation, but still, it meant something that Tim chose to take it.
With that considered, perhaps Bruce shouldn’t have been quite so shocked by the teen calling him ‘Dad’, but he is. And he’s even more startled to hear it declared loudly as Tim abruptly sprints towards him down the hall at full speed.
“Dad Test!”
Or
Tim starts a trend in the family of jumping at Bruce at random, increasingly difficult times shouting: 'Dad Test!' to see if he'll catch them. This leads to many shenanigans & then crash lands into angst because of course it does.

Clark heard it just as he stepped out the front entrance of The Daily Planet’s building. The sun had already set, a chilly autumn breeze dragging through his coat. It had been a late evening for him, catching up on drafts for his next few articles before some other emergency stole his attention from his work.
“Kal-el.”
He straightened, perking towards Gotham. Something cold gripped his heart as he listened for that familiar heartbeat. The voice was unmistakable; low, rough, and steady, one that grounded Clark almost as quick as Ma’s. In battle, hearing it usually meant there was a plan, that Clark could worry a little less about details; because the man he trusted the most – with his life and the lives of his family – had it under control. It soothed Clark when he faltered, bolstered him when his strength wavered, and steadied him when he teetered on the edge of sensory madness.
And that voice sounded afraid.
Clark was suited up and hurtling through the air towards Gotham before Bruce whispered again.
“Kal–” came his quiet gasp. “I’m sorry.”

Summary
Taking the Entities & Avatars of The Magnus Archives and just adding them to the DC Universe. Mostly focused on the Batfamily, who are almost all Avatars in this version (except for Alfred and maybe Duke; I haven’t decided yet, but it would be funny if he was the only Not A Literal Monster out of all of them.)
For people who don’t know, the Entities of TMA are eldritch extradimensional Fear gods (and yes, the capital-F is appropriate), while avatars are people who have been twisted by choosing (knowingly or not) to follow an Entity’s path until they stop being human. The supernatural there is very vague, bordering on dream logic, but avatars get thematically appropriate powers and must induce their Entity’s Fear in others to sustain themselves.
I have my own theories about some of the specifics, and have based which Entity I assigned each family member on both those & a lot of character analysis.
Spoiler-free explanations in the notes. I will not be using most of the Entity lore we got from s5 (didn’t like it much), and I will not be accounting for the new series. My personal additions to the lore will be in brackets.

Bruce turns into a monster, adopts a pack of monster children, and maybe finds salvation somewhere along the way.
