    Other troopers have sane, normal generals. Other generals have cute, friendly apprentices. Rex has General Jinn and Commander Dooku. Five times someone helped him understand Commander Dooku and one time he figured the kid out all on his own.

    When they heard the 501st was getting a Padawan Commander, that General Jinn was going to have to look after an apprentice, Rex’s first instinct was to feel a wave of sympathy for the kid.
