Keigo has been tailing the infamous villain, Spade, for a little while now during his nightly patrols. He wanted a good feel of all the young villain’s favored routes before he decides to pursue him. The little devil was similar to Keigo; quick, smart, and had the ability to fly. Tracking the villain down if he lost him would be an absolute nightmare.
When Keigo does finally corner the little villain, he finally officially meets Spade and finds out why he’s so hard to capture.
