Summary
Miles is not entirely sure how hanging out with people Celina knows and he’s left as the odd man out is supposed to help his nerves, but the smile she has is just so infectious that he says, “Yeah. That sounds like a great idea.”
“I’ll talk to Lucy,” Celina says brightly, and Miles immediately feels relief, because it’s not some stranger. He likes Lucy, and he thinks she likes him well enough. And she’s such a ray of sunshine, that whoever she’s bringing to this double date must be enjoyable as well.
