She had been ignoring it for months now, but every couple of days something new came up or the pain got worse. She had dealt with stomach troubles all her life; she wasn’t no rookie to dealing with pain, but this was something completely different.
OR, Sydney develops Lupus. She is in denial at first, she ignores her symptoms and they keep getting worse and worse. Carmy is worried out of his mind and everybody can tell something is happening to Sydney.
(I do not think this scenario will happen on the show nor I want it to happen, it’s just an idea I wanted to explore.)
