Summary
In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth. And then God made humans. Some he made Alpha, some Beta, some Omega. There were some that he made for each other. Some were born to gravitate to one another, their hands made to hold, their hearts to love. Sometimes it wasn’t always easy, some loved and lost, or lost before they could love. Some were nudged towards each other as infants and ripped away as soon as adults realized they were two halves of one whole. Some lives are so intertwined, that if one died, it would be too cruel to not let them both go.
Whatever God had made, it wasn’t what the world had taken it to be. In 2011, the frozen body of Captain America was found in the depths of the Arctic, hauled out and thawed. The world waited with baited breath for their favorite hero to smile in thanks for having been saved. The world waited. And waited. Captain America never thanked them. Steve Rogers, who would have rathered stayed dead, cursed them.
In 1945, just a few months after the death of Bucky Barnes, Steve Rogers drove the Valkyrie into the ice without a second thought because it was the end of the line. Not because he was a brave Alpha, but because he was a grieving Omega.

Summary
Steve's life has been hard from the beginning. His father left when his ma was still pregnant. He's bound to turn out an Omega, which means he's got a life full of creeps wanting to try it with a male Omega and birth control that's not designed for boys but given to them anyway ahead of him. His mother works constantly to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, the looming recession making everything more expensive than it needs to be. The only good thing is his best friend, who genuinely likes him, who might even love him, but even that gets taken away from him before he has a chance to actually grow up and explore it.
So, he's old for his young years. He's practical. He understands that sometimes you've got to take what you can get and if there are mishaps, then deal with them. He deals with it. Life doesn't give him lemons, it rains lemon juice when he's scraped his knees. He deals with it. He moves through life with anger and hatred. He hates pity. He hates that nothing is fair. He hates July. He hates that he's a liar. He hates the army that took Bucky from him.
He hates the colonel on his doorstep, looking at him and Bucky's son with pity, telling him Bucky is missing in action, presumed dead.Series

Summary
Here is James Barnes, the most dangerous Alpha in New York. Rich, powerful, cocky and short-tempered, his only skill greater than his persuasion or intimidation is his marksmanship. Head of the Seyrbakov crime family, inherited over the heads of the late Aleksei Seyrbakov’s own sons, who he had deported when they attempted to murder him. Top of Interpol and the FBI and the CIA and probably the NSA’s most wanted lists, but there’s never enough evidence to bring even a parking ticket against him, as it has been for New York’s Bratva since the late 1910s. His company smuggles weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, exotic animals, you name it, but you’ll never find a shred of proof. If land barons still existed, then Barnes – owning property in all the five boroughs, the state, the country, even on other continents – would easily be one. When you think of the Russian mafia, you think of Barnes. Here is James Barnes, gracing the scum and lowlifes of Brooklyn with his presence, and here is Steve Rogers, not-so-cheap yet consistently broke hooker, sitting on his lap like he belongs there.
Very rapidly, that makes him the most dangerous Omega in New York.

Sergeant James Barnes. Later promoted to Captain, Barnes single-handedly arranged the escape of all 400 captured men and the destruction of the last Nazi splinter-cell known as Hydra. "It’s like a newsreel in his head, continually scrolling across his mind’s eye: LOCAL TWINK SUGGESTS BENEFITS TO FRIENDSHIP, ACCIDENTALLY FALLS IN LOVE. WHEN INTERVIEWED, THE CONSCIENCE OF THE SELF-PROCLAIMED SLUT ONLY HAD ONE THING TO SAY: “Whoops???” As a wise man once said, Steve will keep all his emotions right here and then, one day, he’ll die. He’s Irish and everything, so the quote completely applies to him…"
Meet. Date. Fall in love. Get married, buy a house, get a dog/cat/bird/ect, discuss children either because you want to have them or you’re going to have them (whoops), have said children. Watch said children grow up and go to college and make some of the dumb mistakes you once made. Get some grandkids along the way. Grow old together and romantically die in your sleep on the same night. But, the most important thing is this: Meet, date, fall in love, then have kids.

Summary
The year is 1919, New York City is a mix of bumbling boozeheads and the fellas that make the booze. The place is a speakeasy in Brooklyn, the bar is crowded with smoke and the smell of whiskey. A skinny Omega in a cheap evening gown sings “There’s Danger In Your Eyes, Cherie” over a piano bar; she sounds good but she can’t hit the high notes quite right. The men in the bar don’t care. The skinny dame’s name is Stevie Rogers, he’s a drag queen, and he’s doing a burlesque number.
Near the back in a private booth, a rich sonuvabitch smokes a cigar and watches with dark eyes as Stevie Rogers starts to slip off her gloves. That rich sonuvabitch’s name is James Barnes, and he’s what polite folk call bad news. He’s what impolite folk call one of them damn mafia men. He's what Steve's about to call a Sugar Daddy.
And this is only the beginning.

Summary
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Bucky.
This boy was like others you might know. He liked to fight wolves, pretend he was a knight, and wage magnificent wars against the most villainous of villains. He played knights and vanquished all the villains he and his friends could imagine. But then he grew up, and the villains vanquished him.
And there was another boy; Steve. He was not much like other boys you’d know, or maybe he is, depending on the sort of boys you know. Wars were not his ideal session of make-believe. He liked to befriend wolves rather than fight them. He was a boy, but he grew up long before he should have.
Adventures always start with kids like that. Bucky was the boy who took too long to start the process of growing up and then grew up all in one night. Steve was the boy who grew up much too quickly to have been a boy in the first place. This story might sound like it’s about just one of these boys, but that’s not really true. It’s not really about either of them, because to say that it’s about one of them would be disingenuous. Candidly, this story is about what they grew up to be.
The wolf and the witch that befriended him.

Summary
When Steve was seven years old, he found a mangey and half-starved cat in the alley behind his and his mother’s apartment building in Navy Hill. Despite being incredibly allergic to the creature, Steve had spent all of his allowance for that month on cat food and he spent the next few weeks nursing the stray back to health. The cat moved on after eventually, but a few months later, Steve found another one and the whole process started all over again.
Bucky is another stray cat. Steve has no way of knowing what demons the Alpha carries in his head and he certainly has no way of knowing that Bucky won’t turn hostile on him, but Steve never learned his lesson to stop feeding strays.
“This is gonna end badly,” Steve mutters to himself.
So, as one does when one makes potentially catastrophic decisions that could and would backfire spectacularly based on how little self-control one has concerning bedraggled and sad-eyed stray cats and Alphas, Steve makes a cup of tea.Series

Summary
For as long as anyone could remember, Bucky had been Steve’s best friend. As they grew, it was quite obvious what was blossoming between them. Upon Steve presenting as an Omega, the Alpha in Bucky was already demanding his claim be put on Steve's pretty neck. But Bucky was the low-born son of a palace cook and Steve was the heir to the throne. Theirs was a love not meant to be.
The King had not pushed for more heirs after having a son, and after his son failed to turn out the Alpha he had wanted, he refused to see an Omega take the throne. His Omega child would have to bear Alpha sons, and soon. So the King arranged for a tournament to be held; the prize, the Omega-Prince's hand in marriage. Per the laws of the kingdom, entry to the tournament was open to any honorable knight, bearing he pay a fee. That fee should have ensured that no Alphas of low status entered and certainly, the King would not willingly allow his son's best friend, knight and member of the Queen's Guard though he be, compete in the tournament.
It was fortunate, then, that fate was on the side of the underdog that time.Series

Summary
Bucky is 37 years old; he’s unmarried, hasn’t had a Sub of his own, is definitely not ripped, comfortable at his job as an Advanced Practice RN at Brooklyn General ER, and just got his Five Years coin from AA.
Steve is 26 years old; he’s unmarried, his last and only Dom has Alzheimer's, he's worryingly muscular, uncomfortable in his job as the government’s poster Alpha for masculinity and strength, and worries more than he should about his BMI.
Unfortunately, Steve and Bucky meet initially in a not-cute moment. Bucky’s tired as shit thanks to the sudden alien invasion that shook New York and Steve is tired as shit because he hasn’t slept more than 20 minutes at a time in – well, since 1936, probably. Bucky’s Alpha instincts get irritated at the sudden presence of another "Alpha" into his territory and Steve’s suppressed submissive tendencies latch onto this grumpy bachelor Alpha and he only suppresses it further.
Bucky’s grumpiness and Steve’s duckling impressionism aside, both of them are a mess. But since both of them are a mess? Their messes seem to fit pretty well together.Series

Summary
“Your son was said to be as beautiful as Brooklyn’s sweet apple blossoms,” Barnes said, and his lips lifted in another smile, then his eyes moved and Steve was startled by the intensity of his gaze.
Barnes gave pause, long enough that Steve’s heartbeat picked up again. Then he spoke again.
“But no blossom could compare,” he said. “Not even the most perfect of untouched flowers.”
Steve felt his cheeks heat up; he blushed right to the roots of his hair, pulled back from his face by Wanda’s best braids. Barnes’s gaze somehow intensified even more as his gaze just shifted enough that Steve was sure he saw him blush that far. Barnes’s lip lifted at one corner by a hair.
“I’ve never been gladder to have my expectations so far exceeded,” he concluded.

The first time Bucky ever saw Steve Rogers, he was struck by how Neanderthal-like his response was. It was immediately followed by a bout of mental scolding. The second time was just about the same. The third time, it was actually appropriate for Bucky to start a conversation with him, at which point he was determined to be the gentleman.
No such luck. Steve Rogers is, always has been and always will be, a relentless flirt. These days, Bucky's Neanderthal-ist feelings about Steve are consensual and highly appreciated. More so now that they're having a baby.Series

Summary
Way back when in the 1920s and 30s, Brooklyn was very different. It was mostly immigrants and a high population of Alpha women. By the time Steve was born, inside of Brooklyn and inside the borough only, a same-sex Alpha/Omega couple could live together and raise a family peacefully.
He and Bucky got married and bonded in 1936. In 1941, Bucky got drafted. 1942, Steve was told he was dead, he got the serum, and a lot of things happened between 1943 and 1945.
In 2014, Bucky appeared less dead than Steve had originally believed. He promptly vanished again. In 2016, Steve finally tracked him down after a bombing at the UN framed to look like his fault. It wasn't. In 2017, Steve and Bucky move into a modest, two-story brownstone in a historic district in Brooklyn. Bucky keeps to himself. Steve leaves him alone. Bucky continues to keep to himself. Steve leaves him alone. The next spring, Steve unexpectedly falls into heat. Bucky does what he remembers best; he takes care of Steve. After, Steve finally moves out. To give Bucky his space.
Peter Parker happens upon the both of them. He may be a child, but he has his Spidey-Sense, and his Spidey-Sense senses miscommunication bullshit. Thus, the Parent (Figure) Trap.Series

Summary
There had been no rain since the beginning of spring. The crops were dying. The river, what little freshwater they had on their island, was drying up. The village well was, too. They had made many sacrifices to the Great God of the Deep, and yet, the air remained dry. At last, in final desperation, the priests announced that a sacrifice of greater caliber was needed.
“Only the sacrifice of a young, unbred Omega will turn away the Great Old One’s anger,” the high priest said to Steve. “You will honor your people.”
Thus, he was left to die in the Great Old One's temple. The Great Old One, however, had other plans for him.

Summary
In 1918, Joseph and Sarah Rogers welcomed their first and only child into the world. Joseph was the heir to Rogers & Rogers Medical Innovations and a very wealthy man. He had grown up in the high society circles of New York and as a high society man, he conversed with his peers about his son’s future before the boy was even born. With a good friend and business associate, George Barnes of Barnes Telecommunications, he struck a quite reasonable deal. George had one son already and a daughter on the way. His boy had the DNA markers of an Alpha and his daughter would likely be an Omega given their family history. They agreed that, however Joseph’s boy presented later in life, their families would merge with a marriage. Joseph’s son was named Steven Grant and his parents cautiously assumed by his fifth birthday that he would present as an Omega.
At 16, he did. At 20, he married James Barnes.
