Summary
The summer of 1998 was an odd and stressful time for a lot of people in Racoon City for many different reasons; even those in Umbrella felt this tension. Espically in the case of a doctor who goes from trying to survive and live with his guilt to causing something that he doubted anybody thought possible. After all: Tyrants aren't supposed to feel emotions, they aren't supposed to go against orders, and they are most certainly not supposed to cry.
A small side story in the RE universe following an arrogant mistake, a scientist, and a tyrant. Spanning from 1998 to 2017 and into the uncertain future of RE.
