“YOU THREW THE CAULDRON ON ME!!”
”I TOLD YOU THAT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!”
“THAT DOESNT CHANGE THE FACT THAT YOU STILL DID IT!!” Z continues to panic, an involuntary whine escaping from his throat when his fingers squeeze too hard against his newfound ears …and wow- he hates that.. “I- I told you we shouldn’t have gone down here!!”

“ZE OH MY GOD, ZE!!” A sudden shout is quick to break the silence, because of course it does, “I know you said you were napping or whatever but you’re not going to believe.. OH MY GOD?!“ Z was about to shout at the entity to fuck off, to let himself fall against the sorted blankets and pass out, but when he turns a panicked squawk immediately leaves his throat.
Because instead of seeing the closed door he thought he locked.. it’s wide open.
Regect standing in that opened space.
Staring at him.
No.
Staring at his wings.
……..
“…Ze?” The entity’s voice sounds out again, but quieter this time, more cautious, “How did.. holy shit.. are those wings?!”

When Z was younger, he was taught that his wings were a terrible thing to have, so he hid them away! Never telling a soul about them, not even Regect or Moe! While at least until Regect walks in on him being shirtless…

A kid??” The shout comes soon after, Ex-0119 only flinches back, hands darting up to cover his ears as he tries to scramble further underneath his bed in attempt to get out of the man’s sight range, surprisingly though, a hand doesn’t chase after him.. doesn’t grab or it him- “I.. I knew they cleared this place out yesterday, but…”
Who’s ’they’?? Ex-0119 questions, mostly no.. fully himself- no words leave his lips, no sounds ..just quiet confusion.
“Fuckkk I’m definitely not supposed to be here either- ..but why would they just, leave you here?! Alone too!!” The guy continues to ramble on, Ex-0119’s not sure if he’s talking to him or not though..

Summary
Ze catches Hanahaki, a fatal curse that won’t leave unless he admits his feelings to Regect. He doesn’t know what to do and his condition will only worsen the longer he takes. However, confessing is harder than it seems. He's certain Regect would never be interested in him, they notoriously clash with each other at every opportunity. The chances are next to zero. Ze refuses to experience that type of humiliation along with possibly losing this small friend group forever. Hanahaki doesn't give him a choice though... but maybe he can stall. Maybe he can romance Regect into reciprocating before time runs out.
