A deleted scene from "The Blood On Your Hands", but it can be read as a standalone. It fits in probably after the Unicron arc that I’ still working on

Cliffjumper is confused as to why Starscream spared him but also gets a small glimpse into what kind of things go on behind the scenes in the Decepticon command.
