Summary
Something weird is happening in a town: mortals can see harpies as wisps of shadows. The Justice League and Justice League Dark are stumped by this odd case. Can Tim step in to fix it while keeping his demigod and mortal life separate?
“Ugh, mortal heroes,” Artemis wrinkled her nose in disgust. “Your mother mentioned you know how to handle them—is that correct?” Tim nodded. “Great. You will work with my lieutenant on the hunt; Thalia, please select fifteen hunters to accompany you. You and Alvin will work together as equals on the hunt, so I expect both of you to conduct yourselves accordingly.” Artemis left and Thalia slumped as soon as she was gone.
“Why do you hate me,” she grumbled as she put her head into her hands. “This would be a lot easier if there weren’t any superheroes.”
I recommend reading A Hand (to Help or Hinder) and Family Reunion prior to this fic, but it's not strictly required. If you get confused on any part, leave a comment and I'll answer :)

Tim Drake knows that crying yields no data. He learned that at six years old in an empty house, illuminated only by the blue light of a computer screen.
Now, he’s an exhausted student by day and a digital poltergeist by night. He doesn't just "watch" the Wayne family, he optimizes them. He hacks their coffee machines, stabilizes their tactical HUDs, and leaves anonymous medical alerts on the Bat-computer when Bruce’s cortisol levels spike. It’s not stalking if it’s protective, right?
But when Jason Todd corners him in the library to argue about The Great Gatsby, Tim realizes that maintaining a firewall is a lot harder when the target is sitting across the table. It turns out, you can’t calculate your way out of a hug, and the Waynes are very, very persistent.

Bruce turned around slowly. Tim knew something was very, very, wrong before Bruce even said anything. He was too tense, and his hair was different. It was greyer, and he had an ever so slightly smaller frame. That and he was looking at Tim in a way he never had before.
“Who the hell are you?” Bruce asked.
This wasn’t his Bruce.
He might have accidentally sent his Bruce across universes.

When Tim accidentally hits Bruce with his quantum displacer, he and his brothers are left with an emotionally constipated Bruce that has a very different home life than their own.
When Bruce arrives in an alternate universe, he quickly finds out that this universes Bruce is nothing like him.

Summary
Wings are a symbol of ambition, of power, of respect.
They are not something that can be taken from the universe by force, they must be given. They are given to only the most capable, to the worthy.
And Techno just woke up with wings.
OR
AU where wings are a sign of being blessed by the gods or something along those lines. The royal family are the only ones to ever have wings, but the universe decides to have a bit of fun, and gives Techno some.
This causes some issues, considering the fact the royal family hears of Techno's new wings, and then deems him to be family. Even if Techno doesn't think the same.
