Summary
The Spectre had grown bored of the same repetitive rounds that had kept them feed, bored of the repetitive taste of fear in the adult survivors, they decided to change things up, intending to fed themselves the purest form of fear only ever be truly given by a child.
However, they know how children couldn't exactly be in their 'hell', so they decided to 'modify' a survivor and turn them into a child. After all, they had the power for it, didn't they? As for the victim, they picked 007n7. They're favorite to torment.
After all, the former hacker had been wallowing in self loathing, and guilt. Even after the infamous hacker had tried to show his change, he was remained to be seen by his past and nothing more. Truly a perfect plaything that will definitely change things up.
As if mocking the hacker's useless methods to show his change, they decided to grant the child the 'blessing' of the spawn as well, all while lessening their hold on the c00lgui, simply for their own amusement.
How will they deal with it? They wonder. Even so, in the end. They'd have so much fun.

Summary

Their curiosity got the better of them and decided to snoop in the others stuff.
