“You don’t even know. Oh my god.” Nancy has to laugh. She laughs, and laughs, for a good while, and Steve just frowns in response.
“You and Robin really are a match made in heaven.” He mutters darkly, not finding it in himself to get annoyed at her, despite how much little sense she's making. “You guys deserve eachother, man.”
Or, Steve and Nancy concoct a half-baked scheme to get together again, just to make Robin and Jonathan jealous.
And, of course, it fails. Miserably.

“You’re going to mess up your lipstick. Worked hard on that.” Nancy’s hand is gripping Robin’s chin. Her finger almost in Robin’s mouth. Pressing. Robin can’t get any relief.
“Sorry. Bad habit,” Robin forces out. Her voice sounds rough, breathy, nothing like herself.
Nancy smiles, kind. Even this close to Robin, Nancy looks at her like there’s nothing wrong with her, with the way she is. All of Robin’s incompetence and how uncontrollable she feels sometimes, Nancy sees all of it. And Nancy, perfect fucking Nancy Wheeler, doesn’t shy away. She wants more, more of Robin.
Or: Robin thinks she’s losing her mind. Nancy thinks Robin likes a boy.

Suddenly, Nancy reached forward, pressing the palm of her slightly sweaty hand against Robin's cheek until she turned to look her in the eyes. Her expression was serious, her fingertips light against Robin's cheekbone, her eyes tracking the movement of her hand across Robin's steadily flushing face.
This is it…
"You're too pretty to be with Steve…" Nancy whispered, blue eyes finally meeting Robin's before she promptly burst into tears.
