Summary
After the Shie Hassaikai's involvement at Kamino Ward, things have changed drastic ways. All for One is dead, and someone must fill the void he left behind. Dazai Osamu has a past, he'd rather not say, but what happens when he and his partner Chuuya, are ordered by Mori to go to UA and protect the Chaotic class 1-A? Chuuya and Dazai are 18. due to them having to pretend to be first year students as they are body guards for 1-A, so everything is of legal age, mentions of past non-con/rape, mentions of suicide, suicide attempts, you have been warned. UA is a college in this.

Summary
What if, Izuku Midoriya had a younger brother. What if, that younger brother's name was Osamu.
In this universe, Izuku Midoriya had a younger sibling, a younger twin. They didn't look the same, and they didn't act the same. Izuku was full of light, his only dream was wanting to be the #1 hero. Osamu however, didn't know what he wanted. From a young age, he didn't feel anything. Not a drop of warmth, no human emotion. Everything was going good, until Osamu manifested his quirk, and his older brother didn't.
(This is my first story so sorry if its shitty.)
EDIT: I'm not finishing this, the last chapter will tell you why.
