However, he should have known that even the most cheerful fairy tales had a darker side to them.
(Roier looked up at his husband and got slightly startled. Cellbit was watching him eat. Intensely, and with a slight smile on his lips. Roier swallowed the food in his mouth, and in response, Cellbit's smile grew, licking his lips.
Roier couldn't identify the specific emotion behind those eyes. The way Cellbit was acting reserved and somewhat somber, some people would say a negative one, but Roier knew his husband well. He knew how to identify and analyze every single detail of the brazilian’s expressions. As such, he could say it was something more like satisfaction, a pleasure brought by something specific.
He swallowed hard. “ By the way, gatinho, what did you say this meat was, again?”)
