Danny and Jason were curled up in bed when the emergency siren started blaring.
“Fuck!” Jason swore as he jolted up out of Danny's arms, sheets falling to pool around his waist. “Now? Really?” he groaned as he slid out of bed, grabbed his phone from the night stand, and snagged his pants from where he'd unceremoniously tossed them on the floor earlier that night.
“Another Arkham breakout?” Danny mumbled, wiping the sleep from his eyes as he sat up slowly, bare chest on display. “Wasn't there one, like, last week? Who is it this time?” he yawned, fangs glistening in the low light.
Or: Danny likes to bite. Jason likes being bitten. Somehow this has become everyone's problem.

After two months of trying to track them down on his own, he then, against his better judgment, asked for help from Zatanna. After another month of no progress and Zatanna being needed elsewhere, he finally threw in the metaphorical towel and asked for help from the Big Bat himself.

Danny was living a good life. His parents still love him, even if it took a while for him and Jazz to convince them there was nothing to fix, his grades were slowly being brought back up, and he came to peace with the fact that he was going to be the Ghost King.Since he was still young , he was only the heir and, therefore, had fewer duties to do.
As the heir, Danny's favourite duty is helping lost souls move on to the afterlife.
The big guy, a revenant with guns and thighs who arrived during the send-off, looking at Danny like he hung the moon and stars, is a nice bonus.

-Of Light, Dark, & Balance is a crossover between Hazbin Hotel and Harry Potter. So I thought, why not slam them together and have fun?
When Harry vanishes in the middle of fifth year, the wizarding world is left reeling in panic.
However, the truth is far stranger.
Disillusioned by Dumbledore’s manipulations after learning about the prophecy, Harry is approached by the deity of Death. Death gives him a choice. Continue down the path of sacrifice as the Savior..or he can choose a new path–one of Balance.
Choosing the latter, Harry is swept through time to 1912 New Orleans, where he takes on the name Alastor. This new path offers things he never thought he’d have–family, freedom, love, and purpose.

Summary
After the battle, things go back to normal at the hotel. Until Lilith calls and returns to the hotel. While she and Lucifer seem to be playing the happy couple in the public eye, Alastor can tell something is off. One fateful evening, he approaches Lucifer, and his suspicions are confirmed that the king of hell's relationship is on the rocks.
Alastor is intrigued by the great power he now knows Lucifer possesses and sees an opportunity to take advantage of him. When met with Lucifer's sudden vulnerability, he is faced with the possibility that the king may even have feelings for him. He recoils from the prospect at first, but is determined to take advantage of the king even if it means playing into his feelings. But Lucifer proposes a very different deal than what Alastor had been bracing for, one that is actually mutually beneficial: Lucifer will allow Alastor to harness his power if he agrees to act as his executioner.
As their newfound dynamic plays out, Alastor realizes he should be careful not to underestimate the little king of hell, and together they are both faced with unfamiliar feelings as they grow closer. Whether through deals, rivalry, or romance, the two become irrevocably intertwined.

(I was watching the 6th episode of season 2, and this popped into my brain. Is this really my first fic? yep. I'll have deal with it.)
Vox already had his hands on Alastor due to a suspiciously low stakes deal, but no matter to that he supposed. Now, he's devised the perfect trap for the king of hell himself! And when the notorious fallen angel comes-a-knockin, he won't know what hit him...except maybe a large window.
Alastor has a sneaking suspicion this plan wouldn't quite turn out the way Vox had hoped, but in his captivity, he at least looks forward to something ACTUALLY entertaining.
OR-
Lucifer is unexpectedly thrown into hell's worst buddy comedy, and he's unfortunately tied to his seat.

Charlie is the Princess of Hell, and she's not stupid. She knows that telling Vox that he's the strongest sinner in Hell is a very bad idea. With that addendum to her deal with Alastor that says that she won't do anything to hurt anyone, Charlie refuses to give in, and Alastor's deal with Rosie remains intact.

“You’re not the only one who feels it, you know,” Potter replied, his voice seeming to drop an octave as he did so. "It’s a Potter thing. From what James has told me, he’s felt the same pull from Lily since the moment he met her. Unfortunately, since she’s a Muggleborn, I suppose she’s not sensitive to it the way you are. Are you done fighting me now? Why deny what is inevitable?"
