Summary
Each time she enters a town, she has a brief but sudden, lurching feeling that something is wrong, that there's too much color and not enough life. Each time she passes a mirror, she has a moment where she does not recognize her own face, where she expects the cold surface of a mask and the slight peek of blonde out from a dark, hastily pulled up hood.
After the Calamity, the Warrior of Light emerges from the aetherial rift with hundreds of years of Azem's memories.

Summary
“I see the errand dog of Eorzea was trained well after all,” he says finally, a smirk beginning to curl at the edges of his mouth. “I must say, I find you rather fascinating. I would not have taken you for a liar.”
The Warrior of Light wavers, and Emet-Selch notices.

Summary
This fic is inspired by the beautiful poem "25 Lives" by Tongari.
In the twelve thousand years since the Sundering, Emet-Selch had always chased after the fragments of Azem. Never were they the same but always, he fell for over and over again. Lahabrea had called this obsession madness but to Emet-Selch, it was all he had.

Summary
“Yes...” He murmured, his amber eyes roaming approvingly over the sight before him. “Yes, that will do.” Her eyes darted about his face questioningly, and his mouth curved into a smile that did not reach his eyes. “On reflection, I believe your name to be rather fitting…What will you reveal yourself to be, I wonder? The faintest sliver of heaven itself…or perhaps you are merely a faded little ghost…”
Emet Selch asked one last favour of the Warrior of Light before his aether faded from the world. However, she soon discovers that unearthing the long buried traces of Garlemald’s elusive Empress is an uphill battle that begins to take its toll on her already crowded heart and mind.
In her quest to learn who the Empress truly was, the Warrior of Light will need to remember who she truly is, or risk losing herself entirely.
